You upload one photo of yourself and get back a clean, print-ready ID photo with the background replaced. Two sizes: 2x2 and Passport (1.4 × 1.8 inches).

2. 2Pay ₱39 from your wallet balance — ₱49 if you added an outfit change.
3. 3Wait a few seconds while the background is removed.
4. 4Pick your size and download — or take the lot in one zip.

For the best result: use even, bright lighting with no harsh shadows on your face; look straight at the camera with your head level and eyes open; and frame from the top of your shoulders up rather than filling the frame with just your face.

One payment, every size. You get 2×2 and passport as separate files, plus ready-to-print Letter, Legal and 4R sheets that already contain 2×2, passport, 1×1 and wallet copies with cutting guides. Add a name tag if the office asks for one — the photo is re-cropped slightly so your shoulders still show above it.

Photo Sheet Layout arranges photos onto a sheet so you can print many at once and cut them apart, with nothing wasted. Everything is laid out at 300 DPI, so what you measure on screen is what comes out of the printer.

2. 2Choose the paper you are printing on — A4, Letter, Legal, 4R, 5R, or 3R.
3. 3Choose a size for each photo: 2x2, 1x1, Passport, wallet, business card, sticker or label.
4. 4The sheet packs itself. Download the PDF and print it at 100% scale, not 'fit to page'.

Photos sit flush against each other on purpose, so one straight cut with a trimmer separates a whole row. Choose the Normal margin if your printer cannot print to the edge of the paper.

Krivalo uses a prepaid wallet. You top it up once, then your photos draw from that balance — so there is no payment redirect every single time you make a photo.

3. 3Your balance updates as soon as the payment clears.
4. 4Each formal photo costs ₱39, or ₱49 with an outfit change, taken from your balance instantly.

Every top-up and every charge is listed in your wallet history, and every photo you have paid for appears under Orders. The design tools — ID cards, certificates, invitations, tickets, tarpaulins and the blank canvas — do not charge the wallet at all. They are covered by your plan.

Your balance never expires. Whatever you top up stays yours until you spend it — there is no time limit and no dormancy fee. It is spent on Krivalo photos, though, so it cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Your plan decides which design tools you can use and how large your downloads come out. It is separate from your wallet balance: the plan unlocks features, the wallet pays for your photos.

• Free — text, basic shapes and single-page layouts. Downloads come out at screen size: fine on a phone or in a chat, too soft to print at full size.
• Pro, ₱249/month or ₱2,490/year — 50 formal photos a month, up to 5 with an outfit change, full-resolution downloads, transparent PNG exports, the pen tool, custom corner rounding and canvas rulers. Up to 3 pages per print layout.

When a plan expires it drops back to Free — your saved work is untouched, but new downloads come out at screen size again until you renew.

If a photo failed, a payment did not show up, or something looks wrong, tell us what happened and we will sort it out.
